客户支持工作内容:整理、分类、总结品的项目产用户反馈并report给项目团队。目前涉及的产品为Arrow Launcher(已上线,可在应用商店下载),这是一款面向全球的Android桌面启动器app,来自世界各地的用户会通过不同的渠道给开发团队发送意见或者建议,主要来自产品本身的反馈收集系统、Google Play Store的用户reviews,G+ community讨论。此职位人员需在***线对这些反馈进行filter,或直接回复,或对反馈涉及的问题和数量进行归类整理,或转移至engineer团队进一步调研,并按一定的schedule发送每段时间的report.This vendor’s responsibility would be:1) Do initial screen of the feedback and Uservoice and answer things he/she could answer2) Assign a more challenge ones to the 2nd tier support C Dev team and PM team3) Create answer templates or FAQ for some known issues4) Weekly summary of trends and issues to the team 5) Help organize user voice
